Clickable.bio & GBP Options

The ClickUpLocal Social Media Tool allows you to post on Instagram and Google Business Profiles with additional optional features. On Instagram, you can post videos as Reels and use Clickable.bio to turn your posts into a gallery of clickable image links. This is useful for businesses as it allows them to link directly to a product, services, landing pages, and more. On Google Business Profile, you can add a call to action button to your posts, which can be used to generate calls, redirect visitors to your business’s website, or generate sales. These options make it easy for your customers to access and connect with your business easily.

How to set up Clickable.bio:

  1. Login to your ClickUpLocal Marketing Center
  2. Choose “Social Media” in the left-hand menu
  3. Click “My Posts” in the left-hand menu
  4. Choose Clickable.bio
  5. Click the “Set Up” button
  6. Choose a prefix for your Clickable.bio URL
  7. Click the “Next” button
  8. Customize your Clickable.bio page
    1. Enter your business name
    2. Add a profile image (usually your logo)
    3. Add a button to your page linking to your website
    4. Customize your button text
    5. Input your website URL
    6. Click the “Next” button
  9. Click the “Copy Link” button
  10. Click the “Go To Instagram Profile” button
  11. Once Logged into Instagram
    1. Click the “Edit Profile” button
    2. Paste your Clickable.bio link into the Bio section
    3. Click the “Submit” button
  12. Go back to the ClickUpLocal Social Media tab in your browser
  13. Click the “Finish” button

How to add options to your posts:

  1. Login to your ClickUpLocal Marketing Center
  2. Choose “Social Media” in the left-hand menu
  3. Click “+ Compose” button
  4. Create a post
  5. Post video as a Reel on Instagram
    1. Click the checkbox labeled “Post as a Reel on Instagram”
  6. Add a Clickable.bio link
    1. Click the “Instagram Options” drop-down
    2. Enter the URL you would like this post to link to
  7. Add Google Business Profile Options
    1. Click the “Google Business Profile Options” drop-down
    2. Click the checkbox to make this an event and/or add a call to action
    3. To make this post an event enter the title, start date/time and end date/time
    4. To add a call to action choose which call to action you would like to add and add URL if apropriate
