Post Design, Scheduling, & Publishing

ClickUpLocal’s Social Media Tool allows you to post on multiple social media platforms from one central location. This helps increase brand recognition, strengthen relationships with customers, and better target potential customers. The tool also enables you to save tons of time by scheduling your social posts ahead of time. 

How to Design, Schedule, and Publish Social Media Posts:

  1. Login to your ClickUpLocal Marketing Center
  2. Choose “Social Media” in the left-hand menu
  3. Click the “+ Compose” Button
  4. Click the “Post To” dropdown menu and choose platforms you would like to post to (we recommend all)
  5. Write your post content in the “Content” box
  6. Click the Camera Icon inside the “Media” box
  7. Upload an image or search and choose one of our thousands of free images or GIFs
  8. Review your posts in the preview section to the right
  9. Click the toggle button at the bottom t choose to publish “Immediately” or “On Scheduled Date”
  10. If choosing “On Scheduled Date”, choose the date and time you would like your posts to publish
  11. Click the “Post Now” or “Schedule Post” buttons respectively

View Your Scheduled Social Media Posts and Reschedule If Needed:

  1. Login to your ClickUpLocal Marketing Center
  2. Choose “Social Media” in the left-hand menu
  3. Click “My Posts”
  4. Select “Calendar”
  5. Review all past posts and future scheduled posts
  6. Drag and drop posts to reschedule
