Review Confirmation Message
A confirmation message after someone leaves a review is important for building positive relationships with customers and increasing loyalty. Acknowledging feedback shows that you are listening and taking it seriously, and can also provide an opportunity to address any concerns or provide solutions. The Get Reviews tool automates confirmations to create a better customer experience by making them feel seen and heard. Showing appreciation for reviews and feedback demonstrates trustworthiness and reinforces positive impressions of your brand, leading to increased loyalty among existing customers.
How to update your review request confirmations:
- Login to your ClickUpLocal Marketing Center
- Choose “Get Reviews” in the left-hand menu
- Click “Settings”
- Choose “Confirmation Messages”
- Enter a confirmation message for Positive Review Messages
- Enter a confirmation message for Negative Review Messages
- Click “Save”
Example of a positive review confirmation:
Thank you so much for taking the time to write such positive feedback! I’m absolutely delighted that you had such a great experience working with me and that my services exceeded your expectations. It’s incredibly gratifying to know that I provided you with the individualized care and attention necessary to solve your problem in an effective and efficient manner.
I strive to consistently provide top-notch services, making sure each of my clients receives quality assistance and personalized attention. Your kind words are a reminder of why I love doing what I do. Knowing that someone is satisfied with the work I’ve done brings me immense joy and pride.

Example of negative review confirmation:
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are so sorry that we have not exceeded your expectations and understand how frustrating that can be.
We strive to provide our customers with the best possible service, however, we realize at times situations can arise which prevent us from achieving that goal. After reviewing your review, we are already looking into what went wrong and take corrective measures so this doesn’t occur in the future.
Your feedback is incredibly important to us and helps us identify areas of improvement in order to make sure all of our customers have the best possible experience with us. We understand that no one likes negative reviews but please know that we take them seriously and use them as an opportunity for growth and improvement. We want to ensure each customer is satisfied with their experience here at XYZ Company.
