Send Review Requests

Asking customers to leave reviews helps with your business’s visibility and ranking on Google search and maps. It also increases user engagement and helps build trust with potential customers. Reviews can also shape your business’s reputation by giving feedback on the product or service and the customer service experience. Overall, regularly requesting reviews is a useful tool for improving your business’s online presence and growth.

How to send Review Requests:

  1. Login to your ClickUpLocal Marketing Center
  2. Choose “Get Reviews” in the left-hand menu
  3. Click “Customers”
  4. Click the checkbox next to all clients you wish to send a review request to
    1. WARNING: We do not recommend sending more than 10 per day
  5. Click the “Send Request” button on the bottom right of the screen
  6. Select the Review Template you would like to send
  7. Click the “Send to # Customers” button
