Program Description
ClickUpLocal (“ClickUpLocal”) operates SMS messaging programs that send text messages to residents and business users who have opted in to receive them. This page describes each messaging program, the types of messages sent, how to opt out, and how to get help.
SMS Programs
Program 1: ClickUpLocal Resident Notifications
Program Name: ClickUpLocal Resident Alerts
Description: SMS messages sent to registered residents who have opted in, including: – Account registration and verification confirmations – Offer availability alerts and offer claim confirmations – Monthly Giveaway entry confirmations and winner notifications – Platform updates and community announcements
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences.
How to Opt In: By creating a ClickUpLocal account and providing your mobile phone number, you will be given the opportunity to opt in to SMS notifications. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from ClickUpLocal, including through the use of automatic telephone dialing systems and/or pre-recorded messages where permitted by applicable law. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the Platform. Opt-in is confirmed at the time you provide your mobile number and submit your consent during account registration.
How to Opt Out: Reply STOP to any ClickUpLocal text message at any time to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive marketing texts from this program. You may continue to receive transactional messages (such as account security alerts) if you remain an active account holder.

Program 2: ClickUpLocal Business Notifications
Program Name: ClickUpLocal Business Alerts
Description: SMS messages sent to business representatives who have provided a mobile number during account registration or claiming, including: – Listing claim verification codes and confirmations – Account status updates and listing change notifications – Score update alerts – Billing notifications and reminders – Platform feature announcements for business users
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and subscription status.
How to Opt In: By registering a business account or claiming a listing on ClickUpLocal and providing a mobile phone number, you will be given the opportunity to opt in to SMS notifications. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from ClickUpLocal, including through the use of automatic telephone dialing systems and/or pre-recorded messages where permitted by applicable law. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the Platform. Opt-in is confirmed at the time you provide your mobile number and submit your consent during account registration or listing claiming.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your specific plan and any applicable charges.
Carrier Support: ClickUpLocal’s SMS programs are supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier support may vary. ClickUpLocal is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.
Supported Carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and other major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier availability may vary.
No Sharing of Opt-In Data. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors (such as SMS delivery providers) only as necessary to deliver messages on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Changes to This Program: ClickUpLocal reserves the right to modify or discontinue any SMS program at any time. Changes will be reflected in this document and communicated as required by applicable law and carrier guidelines.
