Use this form to enter the ClickUpLocal Monthly Giveaway for free. No account required. Each valid submission earns 1 entry into the drawing for your city. You may submit up to 5 entries per calendar month using this form.

The monthly drawing closes at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on the last day of each calendar month. Entries submitted after the deadline are void.

Eligibility

Before entering, confirm you meet all of the following requirements:

  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You are a legal resident of the United States
  • You reside within the eligible geographic area of an active ClickUpLocal city promotion (determined by your residential zip code)
  • You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of ClickUpLocal, LLC, or a member of their immediate family or household

Void where prohibited by law.

  • Maximum 5 entries per person per monthly Promotion Period using this form
  • 1 entry per day per email address — duplicate submissions using the same email on the same calendar day will be disqualified
  • You may only enter the drawing for the city corresponding to your residential zip code
  • Automated, scripted, or bot-generated submissions are prohibited and will result in disqualification
  • All entries become the property of ClickUpLocal
  • Entry data collected through this form is used solely for promotion administration in accordance with the ClickUpLocal Privacy Policy
