6 Cocktails

6 Cocktails is a craft cocktail bar and restaurant in downtown Tracy with a rotating lineup of local chefs in residence, so the kitchen belongs to a different food truck owner, caterer, or pop-up chef most days of the week. Jalisco-style birria, Filipino fusion, Texas barbecue and Peruvian desserts have all come through the pass. Behind the bar, everything is fresh and made in-house, from fat-washed bourbons to house cranberry syrup, with six original signature cocktails that rotate with the seasons, pre-Prohibition classics like the Last Word and Aviation, and a full zero-proof menu that goes well past fruit syrup and soda. Add an open mic on Thursdays, live jazz on Saturdays, and a book club run with Caspian Books down the block where every book gets a paired cocktail. Kids are welcome. Open Tuesday through Sunday, 1 to 11.
