Privacy Request

Use this page to exercise your privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or other applicable state privacy laws. ClickUpLocal will respond to all verifiable requests within 45 days. In some cases, we may require additional time (up to 90 days total) and will notify you if an extension is needed.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have some or all of the following rights:

  • Right to Know — Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources we collected it from, our purposes for using it, and the categories of third parties we have shared it with.
  • Right to Delete — Request deletion of personal information we have collected about you. Some exceptions apply — for example, information we are required to retain to complete a transaction, comply with a legal obligation, or for security purposes.
  • Right to Correct — Request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing — Request that we not sell or share your personal information. ClickUpLocal does not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, this right will apply.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — Request that we limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (such as account login credentials) to only what is necessary to provide you the services you requested.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not deny you services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of the rights above.

To submit a privacy request, complete the form below or email us directly at privacy@clickuplocal.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”.

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. Depending on the type of request, we may ask you to confirm information associated with your account.

What Happens Next

After submitting your request:

  1. Confirmation — You will receive an email confirmation that your request was received, typically within 1–2 business days.
  2. Identity Verification — We may contact you to verify your identity before processing your request. This is required to protect your information from unauthorized access or deletion.
  3. Response — We will respond to your verified request within 45 days. If we need additional time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you in writing before the initial 45-day period expires, explaining the reason for the extension.

If We Cannot Fulfill Your Request — If we are unable to fulfill your request in whole or in part (for example, due to a legal exception), we will explain why in our response.
