New Stores and Restaurants Coming to Tracy’s Ellis Village Center
Exciting new businesses are making their way to Tracy, promising fresh options for shopping and dining.
Construction is moving forward on the south phase of Ellis Village Center, a significant new retail hub located at Corral Hollow Road and Ellis Town Drive in southwest Tracy. This development is bringing a range of new stores and eateries to the community.
The first phase of the center is anchored by a 23,000 square foot Sprouts Farmers Market. This initial section is fully committed with several well known businesses planning to open their doors. Tracy residents can look forward to new dining experiences with the arrival of Paris Baguette and Chipotle. For coffee lovers, Chocolate Fish Coffee Roasters will also be part of this first phase.
The Ellis Village Center project is being advanced by Regency Centers. As construction on the south phase progresses, planning is already underway for a second phase of the development. This indicates further growth and more businesses may be coming to the area in the future.
The development, as originally reported by Bisnow, is set to become a major open air retail destination for Tracy residents. While the specific opening dates for these businesses are not yet known, their arrival marks a notable expansion of shopping and dining options in the southwest Tracy area. Residents will soon have new places to shop for groceries, grab a meal, or enjoy a coffee within their own community.
