Lincoln Wings and Wheels and Evening Moon Glow Return to Regional Airport
Lincoln's skies are set to light up again with the popular Moon Glow hot air balloon illumination.
The annual Wings and Wheels festival and its popular Evening Moon Glow event are returning to Lincoln Regional Airport on August 28 and 29. The Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Lincoln are preparing for the two day event.
The festivities are scheduled to begin on Friday evening, August 28, with the Moon Glow hot air balloon illumination. This popular event will also feature a beer garden and live music.
The celebration continues into Saturday, August 29, with a full day of activities. Attendees can expect aircraft flybys and a classic car show. Youth flight simulation exhibits are also planned for Saturday.
