We're a women-owned scratch kitchen and boutique coffee shop tucked inside the historic Lincoln Brand Feeds building right here in Old Town. We've been pouring our hearts into this little café because we believe our community deserves fresh, real food made with care every single day.
Everything we serve comes out of our small scratch kitchen, made in-house fresh each morning. You might already know us for the Mother Clucker breakfast sandwich or our famous breakfast burritos and breakfast tacos. We love keeping things fun with rotating seasonal specials that change throughout the year, so there's always something new to try. Come in and ask us what's on, we love talking food.
For coffee, we proudly pour Remedy Supply Co., roasted right up the road in Auburn. We offer multiple brewing methods and a lineup of house-made syrups, because your morning cup should be exactly the way you like it. If coffee isn't your thing, we carry a wonderful variety of loose leaf teas as well.
Voted best breakfast in 2024 and 2025, Rebel Hen has become one of Lincoln's most beloved gathering spots. Whether you're settling into our cozy dining room surrounded by plants, catching some sun on the covered patio, or bringing your pup along, we want Rebel Hen to feel like your place too.
